2026 REGISTRATION
Registration will open May 1 for all players. Register your child for the grade level they will be in the FALL OF 2026.

JVA INSURANCE WAIVER
All athletes must have a new JVA Insurance Waiver completed before registration is complete. Below is the link to the waiver as well as instructions to complete it. Please use the instructions as there are several specific items we need completed correctly on the form.

Registration will open May 1 for all players. Register your child for the grade level they will be in the FALL OF 2026.
- Registration for 6th, 7th and 8th grade girls as well as all boys levels will be open until May 25th. This must be completed before team assessments.
- Girls: program will be capped at 3 teams per grade level. If cuts are necessary, all fees will be refunded.
- Boys: the goal is one team per grade level or 5th/6th and 7th/8th grade teams. The 7th/8th grade boys will be divided into an A and B team.
- Registration for 5th grade girls will be on a first come first serve basis and limited to the first 36 athletes to complete registration. It will remain open until June 15th or until all spots are filled.
