Information for Fall 2025 Season
PARENT MEETING
The 2025 parent meeting was held on April 7, 2025 at 7:00 pm in the Cafeteria at Wauwatosa East High School. Click here for a copy of the meeting notes.
TRY OUT DATES
Please note the grade levels are what your player will be in the FALL OF 2025. For example, if you have a current 7th grader, they will attend the 8th grade tryout date/times.
BOYS Tryouts Date:
Thursday, May 8th
5th/6th grade boys (grad 2032 & 2033) - 5:30-6:30pm
7th/8th grade boys (grad 2030 & 2031) - 6:30-7:30pm
GIRLS Tryout Dates:
Tuesday, May 13th
5th grade girls (grad 2033) - 4:30-5:30pm
6th grade girls (grad 2032) - 5:30-6:30pm
Wednesday, May 14th
7th grade girls (grad 2031) - 5:00-6:30pm
8th grade girls (grad 2030) - 6:30-8:00pm
TBA if we need to schedule a 2nd tryout day for 7th/8th grade girls based on numbers of players.

Welcome!
Junior Raiders Volleyball is an organization designed for athletes planning to eventually attend Wauwatosa East High School. The goal is to provide a fun, supportive environment to foster volleyball skills through instruction and competition. We began the club with a girls program in 2011 and in fall of 2016 we added a boys program. We now have teams for 5th - 8th graders for both girls and boys.
Tryouts are in May and information about tryouts will be posted on our website by April each year. Practices will be begin in the middle of August and go through October. Teams practice twice a week during the season at either one of the local elementary schools, at Longfellow Middle School, or at Wauwatosa East High School. The location and time of individual team practices will depend on gym and coach availability. We play matches on the weekends during September and October.
The 2025 fee for Jr. Raider volleyball is $235. This includes gym fees, insurance, equipment, coaching, and League registration fee. A jersey (t-shirt only) will be issued to players and must be returned at the end of the season.
